Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and, optionally, your message. Submissions are delivered by email to operations@dhg-usa.com and are not stored in the website database. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation.
Direct correspondence. If you write to us by email, we retain that correspondence in our business email system.
2. Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics 4 (property G-ZWJLQRD64M): pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. Cookies used: _ga and _ga_ZWJLQRD64M.
- Jetpack (Automattic Inc.): aggregate traffic statistics and login security protection, including the IP addresses of failed login attempts. Cookies used: tk_ai and tk_qs.
- WP Statistics: aggregate visit statistics stored on our own server.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, and requested resource, recorded by our hosting provider.
