Between the bundle on the floor and the finished part there is a bar feeder, a bar loader, a lathe, and a centering unit at every spindle. DHG defines all of them, and holds the parts for the machines they serve.

Orbit Series — Centering Units
Bar centering units for automatic lathes. Jaw type for multi-spindle machines, star type for single-spindle. The centering unit decides whether the bar runs true at every spindle, and it is the part of a bar handling line a shop replaces most often.

Pivot Series — Bar Feeders
Bundle bar feeders. Pivot takes a full bundle and feeds the loader without anyone handling a bar, which is what turns a manned machine into a machine that runs a shift on its own.
03 · DHG line
Atlantic Series — Bar Loaders
Long bar loading for mechanical and CNC lathes, designed to work with the Pivot feeder and the Orbit centering units as one line rather than three purchases.

We are not quoting Atlantic yet. If a bar loader is part of what you are planning, tell us and we will tell you where the line stands.

Axis Series — Multi-Spindle Lathes
Rebuilt six and eight spindle automatic lathes on Gildemeister® and Schütte® base machines. Series G and Series S. The machine is already rebuilt when you buy it, so nothing on your floor stops while it is being done.

Multi-Spindle Lathe Spare Parts
Over 1,800 part numbers for Gildemeister®, Wickman®, Schütte® and Mori-Say® multi-spindle lathes, quoted individually against your part number or your drawing. A US company as your contracting party.
