A bar loader, a centering unit or a lathe is only correct in relation to a part, a bar and a cycle. So we start from those.
Tell us the machine you are running, the bar material and profile, and the volumes. You get back a selection, a specification and a price — not a brochure.
Every DHG unit is built to a DHG specification, and is calibrated and tested before delivery.

03 · Spare parts
Parts for machines that have
outlived their catalogues
Multi-spindle lathes stay in production for decades, and the component that stops the line is rarely the one anyone planned for. We quote spare parts for Gildemeister®, Wickman®, Schütte® and Mori-Say® machines — over 1,800 part numbers — individually, against your part number or your drawing.
Preventive maintenance is arranged through our partner network, including Precision Technologies LLC and Advantage Metalwork & Finishing, LLC.
