01 · The company

One company, from quotation to installation

Equipment bought from overseas arrives with a supply chain attached: an exporter, a customs broker, an importer of record, and commercial terms written under another country’s law. When something has to be settled, it is settled at a distance.

Your purchase order is with DHG Tech Inc. Your invoice and your commercial terms are United States terms. The people who answer the phone are in your time zone, and there is one of them, not four.

The Orbit centering units are our own design. The drawings, dimensional tables, material specifications and documentation are DHG documents. The design is not licensed from and does not depend on any third party.

That matters because a centering unit is not an accessory. It is the component that decides whether a bar runs true at every spindle, and it is the part of a bar handling line that a shop replaces most often.

03 · Support

Support is local, or it is not support

A machine tool is bought once and supported for twenty years. Precision Technologies LLC represents us for sales and field service across the northeastern United States, and Advantage Metalwork & Finishing, LLC works with us in Rochester, New York.

The network grows with the installed base rather than ahead of it. We would rather add a partner because a customer needs one than announce coverage we cannot yet honour.
